Chris Terry is a Senior Vice President at Colliers International, where they have specialized in land for near-term development and long-term investment since 2019. Active in the real estate industry since 1989, Chris has successfully completed over 2,800 acres of transactions valued in excess of $290 million. Prior to joining Colliers, Chris spent 24 years as a commercial land broker at Commerce | Cushman & Wakefield and Newmark Grubb Acres, after starting their career as a financial analyst at Wallace Associates Consulting Group. Chris earned both a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah. They have been recognized as a top land professional and have worked with notable clients such as Adobe and Intel Corporation.
