Eric Molfetta, SIOR, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Industrial, Land, Investment, and Development at Colliers International, a position held since 2019. Prior to this, Eric was the Vice President at Colliers International from 2007 to 2018 and the Regional Manager at Marcus & Millichap from 2018 to 2019. Eric began their career as the Assistant Vice President of Leasing and Brokerage at Schitzer Properties from 2010 to 2012. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Business Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University. Eric is currently attending the University of New Haven.
