Carly Keller is the Director of Client Operations at When, where they focus on enhancing client engagement and operational efficiency. Previously, Carly served as a Division Officer on the USS MUSTIN (DDG-89), leading a team of sailors in managing complex sonar systems. They also held various roles in the US Navy Reserves, including Officer-in-Charge of the Navy Experimental Diving Unit. Before joining When, Carly worked at Expedia Group as a Senior Manager, overseeing client success initiatives in the multifamily housing sector, and contributed to other organizations such as Rentgrata and ApartmentJet. Carly earned a BS in Naval Architecture from the United States Naval Academy and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School.
