Tina Xia is currently the Director of People & Culture for the Asia Pacific region at Centric Software, a role assumed in July 2023, overseeing HR operations across 14 countries. Prior to this position, Tina served as the HRBP Manager for APAC at QAD from December 2010 to March 2023. Additionally, Tina was the Managing Partner at Lansource Consulting Co., Ltd. from August 2008 to December 2010, and held the position of Recruitment Leader at IBM from August 2006 to June 2008. Earlier in her career, Tina worked at 神州数码 as an Account Manager and Marketing Manager from July 2000 to February 2006. Tina holds an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (2009-2012) and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics (1997-2001).
