They build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, facilitate collaborations across regions (EMEA, AMER, APAC), and ensure active member participation in initiatives that further equitable and restorative business practices. Central to their role is the promotion and integration of the Higg Index within members' supply chains to foster impactful, sustainable transformations.

Membership & Corporate Engagement

The Higg Index Strategy & Operations team at Cascale is responsible for the development, management, and implementation of the Higg Index, a suite of tools used to measure and improve sustainability performance across supply chains in the consumer goods industry. This team ensures the continued relevance and accuracy of these tools, facilitates their usage among Cascale’s global member network, and oversees verifications to maintain integrity and credibility in reporting. They play a critical role in advancing sustainable practices by driving widespread adoption and strategic application of the Higg Index.
