Colin Heider

Product Support Technician

Colin Heider is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in product support and network administration. Currently serving as a Product Support Specialist at Sony Interactive Entertainment since September 2024, Colin focuses on enhancing end-user experiences, automating workflows with PowerShell scripting, and deploying new software across the studio. Prior experience includes roles at Bungie as a Product Support Technician, where Colin drove projects to completion and managed server administration, and at DESC as a Network Administrator, responsible for email security and firewall management. Colin's earlier positions include providing cloud services at CMJ IT Solutions, supporting system upgrades at TEKsystems, and transforming technical support processes at ITW Shakeproof Industrial. Colin holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from North Seattle College, expected in June 2026, and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Elgin Community College.
