Mick Hocking is a highly experienced leader in the games industry, having spent 27 years leading award-winning AAA PC and console games, as well as top-grossing mobile game studios. They co-founded Evolution Studios and served as Studio Director before taking roles at Sony Interactive Entertainment as a Studio Director and Vice President. Hocking was the Vice President of Game Development at Wildlife Studios from 2019 to 2021 and currently holds the position of Chief Innovation and AI Officer at Build A Rocket Boy, where they drive innovation and implement AI strategies for game development. Hocking also holds a first-class degree in Computer Science and an honorary doctorate from Staffordshire University.
