Alexandre Martins is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and digital transformation across various industries. Currently serving as the Global CAIO at Atento since June 2021, Alexandre has previously held multiple leadership roles at TTEC, including Vice President & General Manager for LATAM Operations. Alexandre’s career also features key positions at Grupo Contax, Teleperformance Brazil, and other organizations, focusing on strategy and operational excellence. An alumnus of UERJ with a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics, Alexandre also holds an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and a specialization in Economics Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
