Nicholas Cook is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in health care law and corporate governance. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at BrightView since February 2024, Nicholas previously held the position of Deputy General Counsel at Sound Physicians from November 2014 to January 2024, where guidance was provided on health care and corporate legal matters. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President & Corporate Counsel at Cogent Healthcare, Assistant Director of Regulatory Affairs at the Tennessee Higher Education Commission, and Attorney at London & Amburn, PC. Nicholas holds a J.D. from the University of Tennessee Winston College of Law and a B.A. from Carson-Newman University.
