Lauren Aguiar is a Partner, Chief Legal Officer, and Global General Counsel at JAB Holding Company LLC, where they represent U.S. and international clients in litigation and arbitration involving a variety of civil matters. With nearly three decades of experience, Lauren has handled significant cases in federal and state courts, focusing on complex litigation across various industries, including technology and pharmaceuticals. Prior to their current role, Lauren was a Partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and served as a law clerk for Hon. Jorge A. Solis at the Northern District of Texas. Lauren is a recognized leader in the legal field, with numerous accolades and honors for their contributions to civil litigation. They are currently pursuing a Doctor of Law at New York University School of Law and hold a Bachelor of Arts from Connecticut College, graduating magna cum laude.
