Deepshikha Govil is a Customer Experience Specialist at Brevo, a position held since April 2023, following a progression from Customer Experience Associate to Senior Customer Experience Associate. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Operations Associate at ShareChat from February 2022 to February 2023, where Deepshikha led the Diverse Category Live project, onboarding 4,200 creators. Deepshikha also worked as a Customer Operations Associate at Headout and resolved customer queries while utilizing tools such as BMS, Aries, and Zendesk. Earlier roles include a Social Media Analyst at So Delhi, managing social media calendars and client campaigns, and an internship with GLOBAL ENGAGEMENT IN EDUCATION AND COUNSELLING SUPPORT. Deepshikha holds an MBA in Marketing and HR from University School of Management Studies, GGSIPU, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Maharaja Agrasen College.
