Sanan Rustamov is a People and Culture Partner at bp, where they currently focus on enhancing organizational effectiveness. With a strong background in human resources, Sanan previously served as a Human Resources Specialist at Azersun Holding and a Performance Management Specialist at PASHA Insurance OJSC. Additionally, Sanan acted as a Human Resources Business Partner at Azerconnect LLC and took on various roles in the field, culminating in a position as People and Culture Senior Advisor at bp. Sanan holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Baku State University and a Master's degree in International Business Management from the University of Aberdeen.
