Cynthia Cruz has a diverse background in human resources and talent management, having held various roles including Human Resources Generalist at Legrand AV and People Manager at SA Hospitality Group. They worked as a Booking Coordinator at Cardenas Marketing Network from 2017 to 2019 and served as Stock Manager at Salvatore Ferragamo between 2019 and 2020. Cynthia coordinated human resources at Mondi Group prior to taking on the role of People and Culture Partner at CORE, where they currently work. They are also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at The City College of New York, expected to graduate in 2024.
