Rob McCarthy is a seasoned professional in health, safety, and environmental management, currently serving as the Group Head of Safety, Health & Environment at Bodycote since February 2012. Prior experience includes roles such as Divisional Safety, Health and Environmental Manager at Bodycote, Project Head of Health, Safety & Environment at Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Ltd, and Group Health and Safety Manager at Balfour Beatty Plc. Rob has a comprehensive background spanning from safety advisory roles at Crown House Engineering and Carillion to military experience as a Safety and Survival Equipment Fitter in the Royal Air Force. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Health, Safety & Environment from the University of Portsmouth and an HNC in Business Administration from Moray College.
