Eric Hafner is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Founder of Balanced Rock Power, where they leverage their entrepreneurial spirit and technical expertise. Previously, they founded FastGrid, an engineering company focused on innovative renewable energy solutions, and held various engineering roles at organizations such as NRG Energy, where they served as Vice President of Development Engineering and Vice President of Emerging Technologies and Businesses. Additionally, Eric's earlier roles include Principal Electrical Engineer at DLR Group and Electrical Engineer at Westlake Reed Leskosky. Eric is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Wyoming College of Engineering and Physical Sciences.
