Russell Welsh is a qualified veterinary surgeon with over 25 years of experience in the veterinary field. They served as Clinical Director at Linnaeus Group from 2017 to 2018, later becoming Managing Director at London Vet Specialists from 2018 to 2021, and continuing as Managing Director at Village Vet until 2023. Currently, Russell is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Creature Comforts and also holds a position as Co-Founder and Non-Executive Director for Pets4Africa Veterinary Group. They earned a BVSc in Veterinary Sciences and an Honours Degree in Wildlife Management from the University of Pretoria.
