Alice Eldridge is the SVP, General Counsel & Secretary at BAE Systems, Inc., where they oversee all legal matters for the organization, which employs over 33,000 individuals globally. Previously, Alice served as the Sector Chief Counsel for BAE Systems Platforms & Services, managing legal services across multiple business units. With a robust background in government contracts, commercial and international law, and M&A, Alice has held prominent roles at Lockheed Martin, including VP, Associate General Counsel, and VP, General Counsel for a large division. They hold a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Vermont. Additionally, Alice has served as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of FNSS Savunma Sistemleri A. S. since 2020.
