Stephanie Miller is a seasoned legal executive with extensive experience advising boards and C-suite leaders. They have held senior roles at Baxalta, Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, and US Foods, where they contributed to corporate governance and compliance. Currently, Stephanie serves as SVP, Deputy General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Vantive. They earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in the History of Art and Architecture from Harvard University.
