Kyle Taylor currently serves as the Group Head of People Advisory and Policy at Azets since October 2025. Prior to this role, Kyle was the Senior Employee Relations Manager at Shoosmiths from July 2023 to October 2025, where responsibilities included leading the Employee Relations team and addressing complex employee relations matters. Kyle's experience also encompasses a brief role as a Human Resources Management Consultant at ThirtyThree, along with key positions at Marsh McLennan as a Senior HR Manager and Vice President, and various HR roles at Movera, National Car Parks Limited, Peninsula UK, and the University of Lancashire. Kyle holds a Master of Laws in Employment Law and a Legal Practice Course degree from the University of Lancashire.
