Andy Dow is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in transformation and change management. They served as a Project Manager and later as Programme Director at Aegon UK from 1998 to 2006, and as a Graduate Trainee at Prudential Assurance from 1996 to 1998. Currently, Andy holds the position of Director of Outsourcing at Aviva, having previously been the Chief Operating Officer at abrdn from 2022 to 2024. Andy also led operations as the Head of Operations, Technology & Change at abrdn from 2020 to 2022 and directed migrations at Phoenix Group from 2024 to 2025. They earned their degree from Aberdeen University between 1992 and 1996.
