Carolyn McPhee possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within the insurance and pharmaceutical industries. At CNA Insurance from December 2004 to June 2007, Carolyn served as Architecture Director for Solutions & Delivery in Information Technology, leading a team of ten in designing solutions for the Finance organization. Subsequent roles included Assistant Vice President of Enterprise Vendor Management, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing vendor management activities and corporate outsourced services, and Director of Shared Services, focusing on organizational design and metrics management. Additionally, as Director of Business Process Re-Engineering and later Assistant Vice President of the same division, Carolyn collaborated with senior leadership to enhance operational efficiencies and customer experience across various departments. Since September 2019, Carolyn has held the position of Director at AbbVie's Outsourcing Center of Excellence.
