Ashley Hanseler is a seasoned Mergers and Acquisitions HR Director with extensive experience leading HR integration throughout the deal lifecycle. Previously, Ashley served as a Senior HR Manager at Microsoft, where they handled global HR initiatives for numerous acquisitions and developed talent engagement programs. Prior to that, Ashley held various roles at First Interstate Bank and UBS, where they focused on accounting, recruitment, and management training. Currently, Ashley is enhancing their expertise as an HR M&A Director at Autodesk while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance and International Business at the University of Washington.
