Allie Lawton is a data-driven, people-focused HR professional currently serving as the Director of HR M&A at NielsenIQ. Previously, Lawton held various HR roles within NielsenIQ, including Human Resources Business Partner and Project Manager for global M&A activities. With a strong foundation in workforce analytics and employee development, Lawton successfully managed the reorganization of over 30,000 associates and led the integration of four global acquisitions in 2022. Lawton also gained valuable experience through earlier positions at Avesta Corporation, Alight Solutions, and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from The Ohio State University.
