Jason Payne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial operations, sales, and marketing. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Commercial Operations at Assembly Software since August 2022, previously held the role of Director of Sales and Marketing Operations at Leadspace from January 2021 to August 2022, where responsibilities included defining marketing operations strategy and managing technology implementations. Prior to that, Jason held multiple roles, including Salesforce Administrator and Business Development at ISB CAPITAL LLC, designing and implementing Salesforce systems. With a solid foundation in sales and operations at Home Properties Investment Group and leadership experience at Netflix, Jason also has background in project management and marketing consulting. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Keller School of Management and a BA in History from the University of the Pacific, along with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno.
