Justin A. Fontaine, CPA, CGMA, MBA, currently serves as Corporate Controller at Ascend Elements, focusing on policy development and process implementation to support SAP 4/Hana Cloud adoption while managing various financial operations. Previously, Justin held the position of Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting at Allegro MicroSystems, overseeing monthly financial close, reporting, and external audits. Prior roles include Director of Financial Reporting and Financial Reporting Manager at IPG Photonics, where responsibilities encompassed SEC filings, budget preparation, and financial reporting for acquisitions. Justin's earlier experience includes consulting for SEC compliance at Resources Global Professionals and leading financial reporting during IPOs at Specialized Technology Resources, Inc. Additionally, Justin served as a Staff Sergeant in the Army National Guard, with deployment in Iraq. Justin holds an MBA in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Worcester State University.
