Amber Garrison currently serves as Vice President of Product Creation Operations at Arc'teryx Equipment, leading end-to-end operational excellence and strategic execution within product creation processes. Prior to this role, Amber held multiple senior director positions at Nike from December 2020 to January 2023, including overseeing the global operational strategy for the $8 billion Nike Kids’ business, directing global footwear operations for a $20 billion segment, and managing the women's business operations with a focus on efficiency and strategic execution. Amber also has experience in financial analysis and innovation within footwear operations, having spearheaded initiatives such as product data transformation. Amber holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business/Accounting from Portland State University.
