Marianne David is an experienced IP lawyer and litigator with over 20 years in the field. They served as a Senior Associate at Baker & McKenzie in Sydney from 2000 to 2007 before continuing their career as an Associate at Milbank LLP. Since 2010, Marianne has contributed to Apple as a Senior Counsel, focusing on global trademark portfolios, brand protection, and international enforcement strategies. Additionally, they held roles at Cedar White Bradley and in various capacities at Apple from 2015 to 2021. Marianne holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at The Australian National University.
