David Romero is currently the Vice President, Senior Corporate & IP Counsel, Head of IP at ImmunityBio, Inc., where they oversee all aspects of intellectual property for internal research and development programs. They previously held legal and scientific roles at Dart Neuroscience, Pfizer, and various law firms, providing specialized advice and support in intellectual property and corporate matters. David began their career as an Analytical Chemist at the Department of Veterans Affairs and holds a J.D. in Law with a focus on Intellectual Property from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. They are registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and licensed in California.
