Ginger Bryant has a diverse background in technology and customer support, with experience spanning over two decades. At L3 Communications, from September 2006 to October 2010, Ginger served as a DSE, following a role as Telemetry Lead at WorldCom from 1998 to 2004. Additional experience includes a DSE position with the US Government from 2004 to 2014 and a brief assignment with the DePuy Synthes Institute in September 2015 as part of the Hypercare Team, focusing on desktop and server support during a domain migration. Since November 2016, Ginger has been employed at Amazon as a CSA.
