David Downer, aPHR, AIRS PRC, currently serves as a Learning and Development Program Manager at Amazon, overseeing the development and implementation of scalable learning programs for the Pickups and Returns business and Amazon Fresh physical stores. With a strong background in learning experience design, David has also held roles such as Field Learning Program Manager at Amazon and Enterprise Training Manager at Dollar Tree Stores, where management of training across over 800 locations was a key responsibility. Previous experience includes positions at Modell's Sporting Goods, Staples, Best Buy, and AMC Theatres, complemented by a foundational education from Hunter College and Cardinal Spellman High School in Bronx, NY.
