As of October 1, 2012, its three largest shareholders were Cez a.s. (37.36%), Akkok Sanayi Yatirim ve Gelistirme A.S. (20.43%) and Akarsu Enerji Yatirimlari Sanayi A.S. (16.93%). It is a member of the Akkok Group of Companies.
