Shiv Tyagi is a Software Development Engineer 2 at AMD since June 2025, focusing on AI infrastructure. Currently contributing as an Open Source Project Maintainer for ArduPilot, Tyagi plays a key role in the core development team of the widely used autonomous flight control software, managing a customized binary package serving system. Previous experience includes a Software Engineer position at Media.net, where Tyagi designed distributed services and developed a secure SSL certificate update tool, as well as an internship highlighting GCP services monitoring and configuration drift avoidance. Additional contributions to Google Summer of Code involved developing an in-air avoidance library for drones and creating an automatic docking module for rovers. Tyagi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from The LNM Institute of Information Technology, completed in 2024.
