Doug Bowman is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in managing employee and executive compensation programs across various companies. As the Director of Executive Compensation at AMD since October 2016, Doug oversees compensation and equity programs, providing proposals to management and the Compensation Committee. Prior to this role, Doug operated as a Compensation Consultant at Bowman Compensation Design, enhancing global salary and incentive plans for multiple clients, including DataDirect Networks and Palo Alto Networks. Doug's leadership experience includes serving as VP of Compensation & Benefits at Lam Research, Head of Rewards at Skype, and Sr. Director of Global Compensation at Seagate Technology, where Doug developed and implemented innovative compensation strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals. Doug holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in Management Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
