Paul Dickerson is a Director of Application Development and currently serves as a Principal Application Architect at ADP, where they lead a team focused on enhancing the UI experience for millions of users of ADP Pay. With over 15 years of experience in UI development, Paul has honed skills in Web Components, TypeScript, and Angular, and is dedicated to mentoring junior developers while tackling complex technical challenges. Prior to ADP, they held significant roles at Clearleap, IBM, and the Dr. Oz Show, contributing to various high-profile projects and leveraging modern technologies to create user-friendly applications. Paul earned a BA in Interactive Media Design from the Art Institute of Atlanta.
