Yves Reginald Jean-Mary is the Senior Director of Application Development at Assurant, where they have held various roles since 2017. They previously served as Director of Application Development, where they managed the Contact Center Application Development team and promoted best practices in software development. Prior to Assurant, Yves was the President and Owner of eSighter, providing strategic software solutions, and held leadership positions at Grass Roots America and INFOTECH Soft, Inc. They also contributed to the academic field as a lecturer at the University of Miami. Yves holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Miami.
