Hareesh Maddipati has over 11 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, beginning as a Senior Engineer in Production at Reliance Industries Limited from June 2012 to January 2020, where expertise includes operation, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of various gas systems and utilities. Currently, Hareesh serves as a Production Operator at ADNOC Group since January 2020, focusing on offshore oil and gas plant operations, including well heads and various compressor and recovery units, while also contributing to process design and production optimization. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from R.V.R. & J.C. College of Engineering and a High School Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from AANM & VVRSR POLYTECHNIC.
