Gerard "Chuck" Rainville is a Senior Research Advisor at AARP, where they design and execute research programs focused on health care reform and related issues. With a decade of analytical experience across non-profit, government, and business sectors, they have been recognized for their expertise in survey methods and data analysis. Previously, they worked as a Statistician for the U.S. Department of Justice and held roles in financial analysis and research at various institutions. Chuck holds multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Justice, Law and Society from American University and a postgraduate degree in Data Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
