Knight is a global connector and entrepreneur with a broad background in incentive travel, financial planning, board diversity advocacy, and travel advisory. In July 2025, Knight began Peace Corps service in Botswana as a Community Economic Development volunteer based in Etsha 6. Knight founded 50/50 Women on Boards in Houston in 2019 and serves as Founder & Chairperson, leading initiatives that increased women’s representation on Russell 3000 boards to 27% in 2024. Knight previously built a wealth management practice as a Senior Wealth Management Advisor at Merrill Lynch from 2012 to 2022, managing $187 million in assets and specializing in retirement plans and socially responsible investing. Educational background includes a Bachelor's in Business Administration and an MBA in Finance from LeTourneau University, along with a Coaching Certificate from Positive Intelligence (2021–Present).
