Mudit Kakar, PhD, JD, is an intellectual property strategist specializing in biopharmaceuticals. With a PhD in Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Chemistry and a JD focused on intellectual property rights, Mudit combines legal expertise with a strong scientific background to assist organizations in evaluating, managing, and monetizing intellectual property. Currently serving as the Director of Intellectual Property at Zymeworks, Mudit's previous roles include partner at Choi Capital Law, and associate attorney positions in patent litigation. Mudit is also an advocate for social entrepreneurship and serves on the Board of Directors for One America, contributing to community needs and pro bono work.
