Sumit Ghosh has extensive experience in the insurance sector, beginning with a role as a Collections Officer at Dun & Bradstreet from October 2007 to December 2009. After that, Ghosh served as an Insurance Recoveries Officer at Recoveriescorp from January 2010 to February 2011, followed by a position as Team Leader for Motor Claims and Quality Assurance at IAG from February 2011 to May 2015. From May 2015 to January 2021, Ghosh worked at Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Australia as the Manager of Settlements and Recoveries, where significant improvements in recoveries and settlement rates were achieved. Ghosh then joined Zurich Insurance Company Ltd as National Manager from January 2021 to December 2023 and currently holds the position of National Service Delivery Manager at Zurich Insurance as of November 2023. Educational qualifications include a 10+2 in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Cambridge School and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Suresh Gyan Vihar University.
