Louise Martin is currently the Head of New Business & Broker Propositions at Zurich Insurance, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Louise worked as a Strategic Carrier Manager at Gallagher and served as a Senior Business Development Manager at Aviva from 2020 to 2023. Their career began at Allianz, where they held roles as a Development Underwriter and Business Developer from 2008 to 2014, before moving on to become a Schemes Underwriter at Hiscox from 2014 to 2019. Louise completed their secondary education at Maidstone Grammar School from 2007 to 2009.
