Srinath Sibi is a Human Factors Researcher currently employed at Zoox since January 2021, progressing from Human Factors Research Intern to Human Factors Researcher I, and now Human Factors Researcher II. With a robust academic background, Srinath earned a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, where extensive research focused on Human Factors and User Interaction in Autonomous Vehicles, utilizing various physiological measures to assess user states. Previous roles include Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Stanford, alongside Human Factors Intern positions at Bosch and Daimler, where studies on automated vehicle operators were conducted. Srinath began a career in product design as an intern at Embrace, enhancing neonatal incubator usability and effectiveness.
