Currently serving as Vice President of Procurement at Zimmer Biomet, they previously held leadership roles at McKinsey & Company, where they led global teams and established the Sustainable Packaging Hub. Sukruti's expertise spans various industries, including pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, and heavy industrials, with a focus on strategy and large-scale transformations. Prior to their work at McKinsey, Suku held positions at GE, including Sourcing Finance Manager and Commodity Leader. They earned their degree from the University of Minnesota.
