Thilo Bitzer is currently the Head of Chassis Hardware Engineering at ZF Group, leading the global development of integrated chassis portfolios and driving innovation in steering technologies. Previously, they held various senior roles at ZF and TRW Automotive, including Director Engineering and Vice President Engineering, where they managed the development and launch of electromechanical chassis systems. Thilo holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen and an Intermediate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from UGHS Essen.
