Terry Yan is the Head of Materials Management Digitalization & Service AP at ZF Group, leveraging 15 years of experience in the automotive industry across various roles within OEM and Tier 1 suppliers. They have previously held positions such as Program Manager at Chrysler Motors Corp & FCA, where they managed the Chrysler Asia Mopar team, and Project Manager at SHANGHAI JIXIANG AUTOMOTIVE ROOF TRIMMING CO., LTD, overseeing headliner programs. Terry also contributed to ZF Group as a Program Manager for steering projects and has held leadership roles in purchasing and operations. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, and Automation, as well as International Trade from Wuhan University of Technology.
