Roberto Custódio is a Senior Manager of IT Project Management for the Digital Business Excellence Program at ZF Group. With extensive experience in international project management, IT management, and change management, they have led initiatives across multiple countries, including Brazil, China, and the USA. Previously, Roberto held roles such as IT Application Manager for Asia/Pacific and IT Business Relationship Manager for Division E-Mobility, where they were responsible for managing IT teams and aligning IT strategies with business objectives. They have an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade de Sorocaba.
