Michael Stahl is the Head of Manufacturing Engineering and Smart Factory Production Plant for Chassis Solutions at ZF Group. With a background in engineering and economics, Michael has held various leadership roles, including Project Manager for the internationalization of CDC technology and Team Leader for CDC Assembly. They began their career as a Product Management Assistant at SEAT S.A. and later worked as an Assistant Project Manager for rooftop solar systems. Michael's educational credentials include a Diplom-Ingenieur from the Karlsruher Institut für Technologie and experience that has shaped their understanding of intercultural dynamics through an international marriage.
