Marcio Cabeça is a seasoned professional with 17 years of experience in production, quality, customer service, logistics, and back-office operations in multinational companies such as ZF DO BRASIL, Delphi, and GVT. Currently serving as Vice President and Plant Manager at ZF Gray Court, Marcio is responsible for a significant operational budget and has successfully implemented projects focused on Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction. Their past roles include Operations Director at GVT, where Marcio led a large team and achieved notable reductions in customer complaints and operational costs.
