Ian Ruby is a Senior IT Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in delivering complex IT projects across software development, infrastructure management, and technical delivery. Currently at ZF Group, Ian manages the global Technical Debt reduction program, ensuring successful implementation and delivery. Prior to this, Ian held leadership positions at various organizations, including Barratt Developments and Serco, where Ian oversaw significant IT projects within both the private and public sectors. Additionally, Ian's educational pursuits include studies in Business Information Systems and Mechanical and Production Engineering at multiple institutions.
