Jonathan Harris is currently the Director of Catering Operations for the East region at Zerocater. They previously served as a Regional Manager at Constellation Culinary Group from 2022 to 2025 and as a General Manager at Guckenheimer from 2019 to 2022, where they oversaw foodservice operations, managed staff, and maintained budget controls. Jonathan began their culinary journey with positions such as Line Cook at Black Eyed Susan's Cafe and Grill Cook at Al Forno, while also completing a culinary internship at Westchester Country Club in 2010. They hold both an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Food Service Management from Johnson and Wales University, earned between 2009 and 2012.
